Free Shipping Policy
- Free Shipping has no minimum order amount for destinations in that area, such as the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, and US states other than Alaska and Hawaii.
- Iceland, Norway, Cyprus, Lebanon, Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii are excluded from Free Shipping.

The Shipping Process Is as Follows
- Delivery time = preparation time + shipping time.
- After we receive the order, we check stock, confirm whether an item needs customization, check the shipping address, confirm that the order fits this Shipping Policy, and ship from the warehouse when those checks are complete.
- Please include a street number in the shipping address. If it is missing, we will contact you, and shipment may be delayed.
- After the order ships, we email a tracking number and a link for checking it.
A fixed preparation time is not published on this page.

MiniColle does not publish a separate expedited price for destinations already in Free Shipping. If checkout does not show another method, contact [email protected]. Do not expect a rate from this page.
(3) Fast Shipping, only for Iceland, Norway, Cyprus, Lebanon, Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii
- Method name: Fast Shipping (UPS/DHL Express/Fedex): 5-7 Days.
- Cost: USD 100 per item. This is not a euro shipping fee of the same number. Checkout shows the charge in the currency selected at checkout.
- Estimated transit time in the method name: 5-7 days. Preparation time is additional and is not published as a fixed range.
- Carriers named in the method: UPS, DHL Express, and FedEx. Checkout and the dispatch email show the carrier used for that order.
Delivery estimates can vary. Checkout is the place that shows the charge for the address you enter.
